Consulting and process design

What are the topics to be involved in? Who is affected and what additional perspectives are needed? What are the risks for the process? Which target groups should be reached? Which formats are best suited here? What resources are already available and what additional resources are needed? What happens to the results? How can they be incorporated into the further process? We answer these questions together with you in our kick-off workshop, which forms the basis for the further participation concept and consultation.

Whether developing strategies, concepts or services - the participatory path in public administration is not always easy. We support you with our experience of challenges, stakeholders and target groups as well as with process design expertise and sound methodological knowledge. In this way, processes can be designed in a structured and participatory manner.

Together with you, we analyze available information and define requirements for the process. With a view to the milestones to be achieved in the work process, we plan suitable activation measures and communication processes, develop target group-oriented participation formats and coordinate expectations for results and deliverables with you. Once a coherent process picture has been created, we move on to the detailed design.
